We usually start with a cost and obligation free chat to understand your needs and if our services will work for you. From there we will present our proposed solution, including cost estimates and timeframes - once you're happy with everything, we're good to go! Many clients want us to take care of everything; in which case, we would source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present a shortlist of suitable candidates. From there, we would handle the coordination of interviews, conduct background checks and assist with onboarding. Other clients may just want us for part of the process. The extent of our involvement is entirely up to you.

Our rates are hourly and vary depending on who we’re working with - we offer significant discounts to individuals recruiting for home help. There’s no minimum spend: if the recruitment only takes a few hours, that’s all you’ll pay (plus any agreed advertising costs). We don’t charge placement or success fees, and we’re fully transparent about pricing from the start, so there are no surprises. We also reduce our rate if the recruit is taking longer than anticipated.

We bill on an hourly basis and aim to keep things fair; if a project takes longer than expected, we will reduce our rate. Invoices are issued on the first business day of each month for any work completed in the previous month, with payment due by the 20th. It’s a simple, transparent system designed to keep things predictable and easy to manage.

We don’t offer guarantees like free replacements, because our process includes close collaboration with you and is built to give you complete confidence in your hire. We work closely with you throughout, so by the time you make a decision, it’s well-informed and backed by a robust selection process. If anything unexpected arises, we can revisit your shortlist to find a better fit. Your satisfaction with our flexible and tailored service is our priority, confidently surpassing typical guarantees. That said, we do reduced our hourly rates for projects for which take longer than anticipated.
